We are looking for an experienced payroll administrator to our HR team in Malmö.
You will work with payroll and some financial and HR administration in a team of 3 Human Resource employees and 2 payroll administrators. We handle the full payroll management for the Swedish payroll with Agda as the payroll tool. For our Danish, Norwegian, Finnish and Hong Kong salary we use external companies. We have many integrations and use several tools to conduct our HR and payroll administration. Regular working tasks are
- Payroll management
- Monthly and annual account reporting
- Manager and employee support
- HR Administration
- Other HR and Payroll related tasks
We are looking for a payroll administrator who has at least 3 years of experience in payroll and or in accounting. Good knowledge in Swedish legislation in necessary and experience in other countries payroll handling is an extra bonus. We have English as our main corporate language so Swedish and English at working level is a must.
Full time (probation 6 months) placed at our Malmö office.
