Would you like to be part of a company that works with the latest and greatest in digital marketing? We are expanding our APAC operations and we are looking for a sales professional to join us as an Account Manager at our office in Hong Kong, specialising in selling data-driven marketing solutions.

Work Description

The Account Manager's primary focus will be growing our existing customer portfolio through our data-driven marketing solutions. You will inspire these companies to develop their omnichannel customer experience and drive sales, conversion, and retention.

We are at the forefront of the digital marketing industry, which means you will be selling new technologies. You must be a fast learner with solid experience in customer-centric selling and be able to work technically and creatively. You will work within a team of energetic account managers who have a passion for creating customer success to win new business and learn new things while doing it.

As an Account Manager at APSIS, you will work with existing customers and look for new sales opportunities. You will:

  • Build and maintain a strong client relationship, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Understand customer goals, challenges, timeline, budget, authority, and create account strategies for clients within your book of business.
  • Identify opportunities to expand APSIS' footprint to customers and proactively search new within named customer organisations (new units, new subsidiaries, etc.).
  • Engage and develop a strong network with key influencers within the customer community.
  • Strive to continuously improve your sales process and demonstrate a willingness to learn and implement best practices.
  • Build a sustainable pipeline month by month and ensure that the targets are met and exceeded 

Requirements

  • Excellent time management and ability to plan short and long terms projects.
  • Mature, proactive, committed, self-motivated and cheerful, as well as be a natural team player.
  • Ability to see and identify business potential everywhere.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for new technologies and appreciates challenges.
  • Fluent in Cantonese and English (written and spoken).
  • Previous B2B solution sales experience and a proven track record of working as an Account Manager is a plus.
