Business Development Manager, Hong Kong

Would you like to be part of a company that works with the latest and greatest in digital marketing? We are expanding our APAC operations and we are looking for a sales professional to join us at our office in Hong Kong, specialising in selling data-driven marketing solutions.

Work Description

We are at the forefront of the digital marketing industry, which means you will be selling new technologies. You must be a fast learner with solid experience in customer-centric selling and be able to work technically and creatively. You will work within an energetic team who has a passion for creating customer success to win new business and learn new things while doing it. As a Business Development Manager at APSIS, your main focus will be acquiring new customers in Asia with a sweet spot in the mid to high-market sector. You will find and call prospects, execute sales meetings (in person and online), negotiate, convert, as well as serve and manage the customers you have won to ensure an excellent customer experience.

Furthermore, you will: 

  • manage the whole sales process from prospecting to closing deals, 
  • use different and creative prospecting sources including web, social media, business publications and so forth to find prospects, 
  • identify opportunities to expand APSIS’ footprint to customers and proactively search new within named customer organisations (new units, new subsidiaries, etc.),
  • strive to continuously improve your sales process and demonstrate a willingness to learn and implement best practices,
  • build a sustainable pipeline month by month and ensure that the targets are met and exceeded.

Requirements

  • Previous B2B solution sales experience and a proven track record of working as a Business Development Manager. 
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to plan short and long terms projects. 
  • Mature, proactive, committed, self-motivated and cheerful, as well as be a natural team player. 
  • Ability to see and identify business potential everywhere. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for new technologies and appreciates challenges. 
  • Fluent in Cantonese and English (written and spoken).
