Consultancy Manager - Digital Marketing

You will take an active part in the Consultancy Leadership team supporting the overall development of APSIS Consultancy and foremost focus on our number ONE priority: Onboarding Customers in a streamlined, scalable and efficient manner. Work Description

The Consultancy Manager has the overall day-to-day responsibility of the Engagement Consultancy team members in the Nordic countries through a coaching leadership offering advice and sharing knowledge on project management, technical implementation, service delivery and product features. 

The responsibilities to channel “the reality” into the Consultancy leadership team will be an important part of APSIS Consultancy development. In collaboration with the Operational Consultancy Manager and Head of Consultancy you will help, guide, shape and create the best processes and routines to make our Customers’ onboarding a true success. 

Furthermore there is a natural collaboration between our Product and R&D departments to secure that correct and needed knowledge is brought to the team. This to enable us to deliver Best Practice deliveries and optimised implementations for our customers. You will be in regular contact with our sales teams and Sales-2-Delivery coordinators to shape the Customer Journey around our Customers' needs and expectations.

Reporting to APSIS Head of Consultancy, you will perform these main tasks: 

  • Managing and mentoring Engagement Consultants on a day to day basis.
  • Securing the correct knowledge level in the team (set processes and system support needed for the business). 
  • Personnel management (monthly reporting, competence development, holiday planning, success review and annual salary review, follow up/report on KPI:s) for team members.
  • Perform recruitment of new Engagement Consultants when needed (in all markets).
  • Optimize current onboarding processes and routines together with Consultancy leadership.
  • Partner actively with our Sales organisation to secure presales and handovers.
  • Ongoing dialogue and collaboration with our Sale-2-Delivery coordinators to secure ETA on dispatch and delivery.
  • Support the ongoing work to make APSIS Consultancy a great part of our Commercial organisation creating Customer stickiness and trust for APSIS platforms, services and our fantastic people.

Requirements

  • Proven expertise within Consultancy and/or implementation of data-driven marketing solutions 
  • Highly knowledgeable in APSIS One or similar all in one Digital Marketing platform, including hands-on experience working in the platform. 
  • Experience from the onboarding processes and structure.
  • Experience on technical implementation in APSIS One or similar all in one Digital Marketing platform.
  • You are a structured leader with high integrity, you lead with compassion and are goal oriented.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills in English.

Bonus points for

  • Language skills in Nordic languages
  • Prior leadership of people and/or process ownership

Position type

State: Full time (probation 6 months).
